Specifications & Configurations
The thickness of the hot dip zinc-steel structure bracket with coating thickness over 60 mm is 2.0 mm or more. Hot dip zinc conforms to GB/ t13912-2002 zinc standard. The support can withstand 0.85kn /m2 of basic wind pressure and 0.6kn /m2 of basic snow pressure, and can withstand a magnitude 7 earthquake. The surface is bright and clean without burrs, rust spots and other defects. Aluminum profile can be assembled quickly on site. The supporting fasteners are made of stainless steel. Meet the site assembly requirements, supporting fasteners used stainless steel materials.
Fixed base profile with standard loader and modular connector. The reliable fixation method is adopted for different working conditions to ensure the safe and reliable use of the support.
The connection design of the photovoltaic module and the installed c-section steel adopts the dismountable structure, and the fixation methods such as bonding and welding are not adopted.
The detachable structural parts are made of non-rusting aluminum alloy, and the connection strength is sufficient to ensure that the pv modules will not fall off under any natural weather conditions. There is a gap between the aluminum joint to guarantee the hot expansion and cold shrinkage between the photovoltaic module and the mounting keel. The keel can be bolted to the reserved hole and connected directly to the lower bracket or roof.
Performance description:
1) the surface passivation treatment is durable, which can effectively prevent the external environment from corroding the profile.
2) the profile structure is shaped according to actual installation, reasonably connected with other parts, convenient for installation and suitable for large-scale projects.
